In Preparation for the Third Edition to be Published in 2003, please provide your feedback to help us revise and enhance the Handbook to best serve its users. The current sections of the Handbook are listed below to help you focus your comments. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

  • Executive Coaching as a Partnership (Defining and differentiating executive coaching and executive coaching partnerships)
  • Overarching Principles for Executive Coaching (Systems perspective, results orientation, business focus, partnership, competence, integrity, and judgment)
  • Guidelines for Practice (Managing confidentiality, pre-coaching activities, contracting, assessment, goal setting, coaching, and transitioning to long-term development)
  • Overview of Guidelines for Each Member of the Executive Coaching Partnership (for Executives, Coaches, and Other Partners)
