How do I develop an ongoing support network after coaching?
During the coaching your coach will have helped you develop
one or all of these ongoing support networks:
- a
mentor in your organization
- a
peer coach
- an
internal human resources coach
- your
personal "board of directors," individuals who
can assist your with specific skills or areas of interest
- your
boss as coach
- professional
organizations and associations
Contract with these people for regular feedback and guidance,
and schedule regular times to meet with these people. In some
cases, you will be able to reciprocate if the other party
desires that.
